Converts early model TW front drum to aftermarket front disc brake.  Includes everything needed for a hydraulic disc conversion.  Really improves stopping power over the drum brake.  Very nice bolt on kit.  Off-road use only.
 
NOTICE:  This kit replaces the drum which has the speedometer built in, consequently you will loose the cable drive speedo and will need to replace it with an electric one from trail tech or comparable.  This also requires trimming of material from the lower left fork leg that locates the outrer drum plate on the fork.
